Sex offenders out of flashers
If New York City council member Peter F. Vallone Jr. (D-Astoria) has his way, that will soon change. Announcing Friday that he wants to make "sex offenders out of flashers," Vallone, chairman of the City Council Public Safety Committee, joined with colleague Councilman Leroy Comrie (D-St. Albans) Friday to call on legislators in Albany to add public lewdness to the list of crimes requiring registry on the state's sex offender database.
